At Southwest Skin & Cancer Institute, Body Oasis Laser Aesthetics and Vein Specialties, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy to cut down on missed appointments, much like the procedures at airlines and hotels.

Any missed appointment must be canceled with at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a $100 charge to your credit card.
